WEEK OF AUGUST 23, 2021

Monday, August 23, 2021        

  • R.W. Dunteman Company framed and prepared pavement on the southeast corner of Lake Cook Road and Lexington Drive, prepared for the median pour along Lake Cook Road, fine graded aggregate subgrade along westbound Lake Cook Road between Weiland Road and Buffalo Grove Road, and removed and hauled out existing pavement from the Weiland Road and IL-83 median

  • Areatha framed the barrier wall between Weiland Road Bridge and retaining Wall C, dewatered the cofferdam, and prepared forms for the northwest wing wall footing at Buffalo Grove Bridge

​

  • Home Towne drilled and prepared light pole foundations and handholes on eastbound Lake Cook Road by the Walmart intersection

​

  • Trine installed storm sewer pipe and structures on southbound IL-83 by Weiland Road Bridge

​

  • AC Iron set and tied rebar at the northwest wingwall on Buffalo Grove Road Bridge

  • R.W. Dunteman Company poured pavement at Lexington Drive and poured median along Lake Cook Road, continued to fine grade aggregate subgrade between IL-83 and Raupp Boulevard, and removed existing pavement on the Weiland Road and IL-83 median

  • Areatha framed and poured the barrier wall between Weiland Road Bridge and retaining Wall, dewatered the cofferdam, and prepared forms for the northwest wing wall footing at Buffalo Grove Bridge

  • Home Towne drilled and prepared light pole foundations along eastbound Lake Cook Road between Lexington Drive and Hastings Lane

​

  • Trine filled abandoned water main along Buffalo Grove Road and St Mary’s Parkway

​

  • AC Iron continued to set and tie rebar at the northwest wing wall on Buffalo Grove Road Bridge

​

  • Industrial Fence Inc removed temporary traffic attenuators along westbound Lake Cook Road

​

  • Maintenance Coating Co removed the temporary concrete barrier wall along westbound Lake Cook Road

  • R.W. Dunteman Company prepared for the pavement pour along westbound Lake Cook Road from Weiland Road to Raupp Boulevard and removed the concrete median on IL-83 north of Lake Cook Road

  • Areatha stripped barrier wall forms at the northwest corner of Weiland Road and IL-83 and removed the existing back wall on Buffalo Grove Road Bridge

​

  • Home Towne drilled and poured light pole foundations and handholes on eastbound Lake Cook Road between the Walmart and Hastings Lane

​

  • Trine removed existing storm sewer pipe and structures along northbound Weiland south of Lake Cook Road

​

  • TCP adjusted the Lake Cook Road crossover to the east of the Target and Walmart intersection

Dunteman Company prepared the southwest corner of Lake Cook Road and Buffalo Grove Road for pavement, framed, graded, and prepared for the pavement pour along westbound Lake Cook Road from Weiland Road to Raupp Boulevard, removed existing pavement along the IL-83 median and Weiland Road south of Lake Cook Road

  • Areatha poured the northwest abutment and wing wall footing on Buffalo Grove Road Bridge

​

  • Home Towne excavated for traffic signal foundation work on the southeast and southwest corner of the Lake Cook Road and Walmart intersection

​

  • Trine adjusted and set new frames on drainage and water main structures along westbound Lake Cook Road

  • R.W. Dunteman Company poured concrete pavement on westbound Lake Cook Road lanes 1 and 2 between Weiland Road and Buffalo Grove Road and removed existing pavement on northbound IL-83 south of Lake Cook Road

  • Areatha set forms for the northwest abutment and wing wall on Buffalo Grove Road Bridge and prepared for foundation installation

​

  • Home Towne excavated for traffic signal foundations on the southwest corner of Lake Cook Road the Walmart intersection

​

  • Trine adjusted and set new frames on drainage and water main structures along westbound Lake Cook Road
